01 · The record
End to end
She stays with a deal from discovery through purchase order and deployment. She exceeded her quota every year she carried one, and in 2022 she was the top commercial seller in the US at Softchoice.
Territory as a business
Most recently, 200+ enterprise accounts across the Ohio Valley, 296 at the peak, most of them new business. She builds relationships patiently and works with partners large and small, from Cisco and Microsoft to niche specialists, to find the right fit for each customer.
Developing people
At Park Place Technologies she built and led the client-experience team and grew the Service First program past $2.5M in contractual revenue. She mentored five account managers in a Presidential training program, and at Softchoice she volunteered to run CliftonStrengths sessions for her colleagues.
“
Amy is the rare top seller whose number is the least interesting thing about her. She reads a room because she's actually paying attention. Customers hand her problems they haven't told their own teams about, and everyone around her — CIO to newest rep — ends up feeling seen and necessary. She closes what she opens, and she builds people while she does it.

Enterprise Account Executive · Akron, Ohio
02 · Experience
Operations, then leadership, then sales.
She has done the jobs around the job. Before carrying a quota, she built and led the team responsible for delivery, so she scopes only what can actually be delivered.
Organized, not improvised. A daily, weekly and monthly cadence, a clean CRM, clear roles for partners, and research done before the first meeting.

03 · Beyond work
On the boards
Board member for Orange Pride, Softchoice's LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, and for Conscious Capitalism Cleveland, helping plan events and run outreach.
The path
She rebuilt her career as a single parent, working from the YMCA welcome desk to director with a team of thirty, then moved into technology sales. Her standing rule is to show her kids how strong and capable women are.
Off hours
Family comes first. She is a painter with a fine-arts education, a gardener and a serious reader, and she is always learning. The same attention shows up in her work: she listens closely, and people feel heard.
